Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using k8x8. By registering an account or placing a wager, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and k8x8 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the k8x8 website at k8x8.org, creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.
These Terms apply to all services available through k8x8, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, online slots, fishing games, bingo, and all promotional or bonus offers. These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming page, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and k8x8.
2. Eligibility and Age Verification
Use of k8x8 is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the entire duration of their account:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. k8x8 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 for all account holders, regardless of the legal gambling age in any other jurisdiction.
- You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) accessing the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
- You must not be registered on any self-exclusion programme or have had your k8x8 account previously closed for breach of these Terms.
- You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful registration information, including your real name, date of birth, and a valid contact mobile number in Bangladesh.
- You must be the registered owner of the payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, bank card) used to deposit or withdraw funds on your account.
3. Account Registration and Security
Each player is permitted to hold one (1) k8x8 account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same mobile number, the same payment method, or the same device — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts. When registering, you agree to the following:
- You will create a secure password and keep it confidential. k8x8 staff will never ask for your password — if contacted by anyone claiming to be k8x8 support and requesting your password, treat the communication as fraudulent.
- You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your k8x8 account, including all wagers placed, all deposits made, and all withdrawals requested.
- You will notify k8x8 support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
- You will not share your account credentials with any third party, including family members. Each account is for the sole use of the registered account holder.
- k8x8 reserves the right to request KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation — including a government-issued photo ID and proof of payment method ownership — before processing any withdrawal or at any other time deemed necessary.
k8x8 uses 256-bit SSL encryption on all account sessions. Your login credentials are transmitted over encrypted connections and are never stored in plain text. k8x8 does not store your bKash PIN, Nagad mPIN, or any card CVV number on its servers.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on k8x8 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). k8x8 supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The following conditions apply to all transactions:
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. There is no minimum withdrawal amount, subject to applicable processing thresholds set by the individual payment provider.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to k8x8's anti-money laundering procedures.
- k8x8 aims to process bKash and Nagad withdrawals within 15 minutes of approval. Processing times for other methods may vary. k8x8 does not guarantee specific processing times and is not liable for delays caused by payment network outages or banking system maintenance.
- k8x8 reserves the right to request additional identity verification documentation before approving any withdrawal. Failure to provide requested documentation within 7 days may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.
- k8x8 does not charge deposit fees. Third-party payment provider fees, if any, are the responsibility of the player and are not controlled by k8x8.
All deposits and withdrawals are subject to k8x8's anti-fraud and anti-money laundering checks. k8x8 reserves the right to suspend or close any account where suspicious financial activity is detected, and to report such activity to relevant authorities as required.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
k8x8 offers bonuses and promotional offers from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, Eid, and IPL. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific T&C published alongside the individual offer:
- All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable rollover multiple is stated in the individual promotion's terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met in full.
- Bonuses are offered to eligible players only. A player found to have created multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once will forfeit all bonuses and any associated winnings, and their accounts will be closed.
- k8x8 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time, without prior notice, at its sole discretion.
- Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts and have no cash value until wagering requirements have been met. Bonuses credited in error will be removed without notice.
- Certain game types may contribute at different rates towards wagering requirement completion. For example, live casino games and certain table games may contribute at a lower percentage rate than slots. Individual promotion terms will specify applicable contribution rates.
6. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on k8x8 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:
- Collusion with other players to fix the outcome of any game, sporting event, or betting market.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated system to interact with k8x8 games or betting markets.
- Exploiting software errors, system glitches, or pricing mistakes in a deliberate and systematic manner. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors may be voided.
- Using funds of criminal origin, or using k8x8 as a vehicle for money laundering or fraud. k8x8 actively monitors transactions and will cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies.
- Opening or operating an account on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your account.
- Any form of chargebacks, payment reversals, or fraudulent transaction disputes. Players found to have initiated illegitimate chargebacks will be permanently banned and the full disputed amount will be pursued for recovery.
7. Responsible Gaming
k8x8 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe environment for all players. k8x8 offers the following responsible gaming tools free of charge to all account holders, accessible directly from the account settings:
- Deposit limits — players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
- Session time reminders — players may configure alerts that notify them after a set period of continuous play, encouraging regular breaks.
- Cooling-off period — players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a defined period (24 hours up to 6 weeks). During a cooling-off period the player cannot log in, deposit, or wager.
- Self-exclusion — players who wish to stop gambling for a longer period may request permanent or extended self-exclusion. During self-exclusion k8x8 will not send promotional communications to the excluded player.
8. Intellectual Property
All content available on k8x8, including but not limited to website design, graphics, logos, text, software code, game interfaces, and promotional materials, is the intellectual property of k8x8 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the k8x8 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any part of the k8x8 platform or its content without the prior written consent of k8x8.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, k8x8 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the k8x8 platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, or any other financial losses. k8x8 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party network outages, and force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability of the platform.
k8x8 makes no representation that the games, odds, or betting markets available on the platform will meet any particular expectation of the player. All games involve risk, and the player accepts full responsibility for any losses incurred. The outcome of all games and betting markets is determined by certified RNG systems or live human dealers; k8x8 does not manipulate outcomes.
10. Amendments to These Terms
k8x8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, k8x8 will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify active players by in-platform notification or via the registered contact number. Your continued use of the k8x8 platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must close your account and cease using the platform.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to k8x8's operations. In the event of a dispute, players are encouraged to contact k8x8 customer support in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. k8x8 aims to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules before pursuing any other legal remedy. Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable Bangladeshi law.
